We are here for you. Access our support and advice, available to all health and care workers and their families, living or working in the Humber and North Yorkshire region. Our Resilience Hub staff are trained mental health professionals with extensive experience of working with people who have experienced traumatic and distressing events. Our staff works with individuals as well as teams to develop and promote resilience.
