About this service

I'm a fully insured qualified north London based counsellor working face-to-face and via remote video calls with people aged 18 years upwards. Some of the conditions and issues I've worked with include: issues surrounding an autism diagnosis (pre and post), stress, anxiety, sleep issues, bereavement, depression, identity issues, sexuality, social anxiety, difficulties with forming and maintaining relationships, family issues and conflicts, loneliness, men's support, long-term health issues, OCD, trauma, low self-confidence and self-esteem. I have additional training and experience working with autistic (both diagnosed and self-identifying) people. I am a qualified Specialist ASC Mentor, and in this role I work with both UK and international students in higher education. I also provide counselling for the siblings, parents and partners of autistic people. My aim is to help you to gain a deeper understanding of your self and your relationships, and to develop the inner resources, approaches and perspectives that will improve your confidence and enable you to live your life more fully. I have a Diploma in Psychodynamic Counselling accredited by the the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I'm also a registered member of the BACP, and I work to the professional standards as set out in their Ethical Framework. I have also completed specialised training for remote working. My practice is easily reached by road, train, tube and bus routes. Registered Member MBACP number 380706.
