Anxiety UK provides accessible, innovative, and personalised services for those living with anxiety (disorders). The website provides a wide range of resources and free to access information, including our choice and medication knowledge base, allowing individuals to learn more about anxiety and anxiety disorders, treatments and medication. A dedicated self-care infoline, available 24 hours a day provides access to a range of guided breathing techniques along with information on support services. Clients can access therapeutic support in as little as a few days through a wide network of Anxiety UK Approved Therapists with different therapy types available: CBT, counselling, clinical hypnotherapy, Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT). Anxiety UK also offers access to a range of courses and groups. For support on the go, Anxiety UK’s Anxia® app, available free in Google and Apple stores, provides access to resources, services, information and self-management tools for anxiety.
