About this service

If you are aged 11 – 19 years Text #ChatHealthNHS on 07480 635511 (free) to talk to a School Nurse about anything including mental health, relationships, depression, anxiety, stress, drugs and alcohol, smoking and healthy eating. All messages sent are confidential unless there is a concern for a child’s safety. Chat Health is available Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 4.30pm, including the school holidays but not bank holidays. If a young person texts outside these times they will get an automated message about where to go for help
