Details of Bipolar UK Maidstone Peer Support Group: Our support groups are free and are open to anyone affected by bipolar, including family, friends and carers. If you don't have a confirmed diagnosis and want to find out about bipolar, and related conditions such as cyclothymia, you are also welcome. Anyone over 18 is welcome. If you're 16 or 17, please bring a parent or guardian.
Our Bipolar UK Maidstone Support Group meets on the 2nd Monday of each month. (Please note that there will be no meeting in January.) Location: Maidstone Community Support Centre, 39-48 Marsham Street, Maidstone, Kent, ME14 1HH, Time: 7.30pm - 9.30pm. The format of the meetings varies, but you will have the opportunity to introduce yourself, say how you are feeling using the Bipolar UK mood scale and may listen to an invited speaker.
