About this service

Greenwich Time to Talk offer free, effective, confidential short-term support for people experiencing common mental health problems.

We use a range of interventions including Guided Self Help, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Counselling and can provide treatment online, via telephone or in person.

Our service is available for people who are over the age of 16, live in the borough of Greenwich, and are experiencing mild to moderate symptoms of anxiety or low mood.

Alternatively, you can call us on 020 3260 1100 and speak to a member of the Administration Team.

Please note that we are not an emergency service. If you need urgent mental health help now, please call the Oxleas 24-hour Mental Health Crisis Line: 0800 330 8590. In an emergency, please attend A&E or call 999.
