Greenwich Time to Talk offer free, effective, confidential short-term support for people experiencing common mental health problems.
We use a range of interventions including Guided Self Help, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Counselling and can provide treatment online, via telephone or in person.
Our service is available for people who are over the age of 16, live in the borough of Greenwich, and are experiencing mild to moderate symptoms of anxiety or low mood.
