Mind in Harrogate District is an independent local charity that provides a quality community-based service accessible to those who need support with their mental health and wellbeing.
Mind in Harrogate District provides a range of services to help individuals as they recover from a variety of mental health conditions. Some of our programmes and activities are designed to work preventatively, some enhance recovery and others improve the quality of life for people with complex needs. They all encourage active engagement to help people keep learning, connect with each other and contribute to their communities.
Our services include: counselling for 16+, befriending, wellbeing support groups, telephone support, peer support groups, rural wellbeing support.
