Whether you are feeling: – Anxious or worried – Low in mood or depressed – Unable to cope – Stressed – Out of your depth with finances – Overwhelmed with relationship problems We’re here to help you get into a better position. Just call 01642 296052 today. Please call us between 9-5.30pm Monday to Thursday and 9-4:30pm on Friday, to make an appointment. Alternatively email the team: [email protected] Do you regularly support someone close to you who needs extra assistance in everyday life? The person you support may have a disability, illness, addiction or mental health problem who you help and relies on your aid. Are you over 18 and could benefit from practical and emotional support to better your mental health? Then you may benefit from our Carers Support Service! Our Peer Support Group supports people who feel that the transition, from one-to-one support given by a Mental Health Practitioner, to coping alone, is too great a step.
