About this service

Please note the Hub services are only available for health and social care staff. The Staff Mental Health Hub is part of the Birmingham and Solihull Integrated Care System initiative to address the psychological needs of the caring workforce. The service provides a range of psychological support to individuals across all staff groups and organisations. Staff have rapid access to specialist individual psychological assessment which can lead to advice, consultation, and either brief interventions or onward referral where appropriate. The hub offer is confidential and independent from the organisations staff work in and free of charge. It is open to health and social care staff who work in Birmingham and Solihull ICS area. You can self-refer or refer a colleague (with their consent) by emailing the hub using the email address listed below. Opening hours are Monday-Friday 8am-7pm, excluding bank holidays.
