About this service
Speak To Lauren offers online counselling for adults across the UK. Sessions are designed to be flexible, accessible, and supportive—helping you prioritise your wellbeing wherever you are. I work with people experiencing anxiety, depression, burnout, low self-esteem, or feeling stuck, as well as those navigating ADHD, autism, or creative pressures.
My approach is person-centred and experiential, which means I see you as the expert in your own life. Together, we can explore your feelings in a safe, non-judgmental space and find new clarity and ease. Therapy doesn’t have to be clinical or complicated—it’s a human connection where you can pause, breathe, and be yourself.
I have specialist experience supporting neurodivergent adults and those working in the arts and entertainment industries. Sessions take place via a secure online platform, with flexibility to fit around work, family, or study.
You don’t need a referral from your GP or any formal diagnosis to access counselling with me. You can reach out directly to arrange sessions, and together we’ll find a time that works for you. I offer both fixed weekly slots and flexible scheduling, so you can choose the option that best supports your lifestyle, work, or creative commitments.
All sessions take place online through a secure video platform, which means you can join from anywhere in the UK. If you’d prefer, we can also work with the camera off, and you’re welcome to use comfort items such as a blanket, hot drink, or fidget toy to help you feel at ease.
The first step is simply to get in touch. From there, we can arrange an initial session and see if I’m the right fit to support you.
