I specialise in trauma and neurodivergence, particularly autism, ADHD / ADD, dyslexia and dyspraxia, and Sensory Integration Difficulties. I offer training to counsellors and therapists as well as parents and offer supervision for trauma-informed and neurodivergence affirming therapy. Please enquire if you’d like to know more.
I set up Therapy Advances after I had already trained in several therapeutic approaches to help people – as different approaches can offer different ways to support healing and growth.
I want my clients, who are likely to need and want different things in therapy, to get what they need and want. No single form of therapy can be right for everybody. I wanted to create a safe space where you can explore who you are and what works for you and what you can let go of that might no longer serve you. I have also always had a keen interest in advancing the therapeutic community by contributing through training and supervision.
