About this service
At our centre, we take a holistic approach to supporting mental health, nurturing the mind, body, and spirit. We begin with nutrition, offering personalised guidance to help balance mood, energy, and overall wellbeing through mindful eating and nourishment. Complementing these practices, we integrate cognitive behavioural hypnotherapy (CBH), an evidence-based method that blends the insights of cognitive behavioural therapy with the deep focus of hypnosis to challenge limiting beliefs, reduce anxiety, and build healthy coping strategies. We also offer a safe and welcoming space where people can drop in for a cuppa, as well as a free singing group that supports social connection, uplifts mood, reduces isolation, and provides the physical health benefits of vocal expression.
Accessing our services is simple, welcoming, and designed to meet people where they are. We are open seven days a week and provide a supportive environment where individuals can explore a range of wellbeing services at their own pace. Visitors are welcome to walk in during opening hours for general enquiries, to learn about what we offer, or to drop in for a cuppa in our community space.
Those seeking specific wellbeing support can book appointments in advance by phone, email, or in person, allowing us to match them with the most suitable practitioner or service. Information about workshops, groups, and upcoming activities is always available on-site and through our communication channels. Whether you’re looking for structured support or simply a friendly place to connect, our centre makes accessing services straightforward, flexible, and inclusive—so everyone feels welcome to take their next step toward better wellbeing.
