Francis Higgins - Person-Centred Therapist

I am a neurodivergent person-centred therapist. My pronouns are he/him. I work with both neurodivergent (autistic/adhd) pre and post diagnosis/self-identifying/questioning people and neurotypical people. I have a good understanding of many aspects of neurodiversity including PDA traits and Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria. My work is relational and trauma informed. I work with LGBTQ+ clients and I am kink, bdsm and polyamory friendly. I support people with depression, anxiety, stress, work-place bullying, bereavement, mental health issues, childhood trauma, stress, chronic illness and relationship issues. I work from a Health at Every Size/(HAES) and Intuitive Eating (IE) informed way with self-esteem, body image and healing from diet culture.
