Welcome to Forward Thinking Birmingham (FTB). We are a unique, innovative community and inpatient mental health partnership. We, alongside our partners offer care pathways of mental health assessment and treatment for young people from 0–25-year-old.
Forward Thinking Birmingham is part of Birmingham Women’s and Children’s NHS Foundation Trust and it is the first type of service to be set up in this way, so it is the first of its kind nationally and internationally
At Forward Thinking Birmingham we work with children, young people and young adults who are struggling with their mental health, we aim to involve families/guardians/ carers in their care and treatment wherever possible.
