About this service

Safe Spaces offers same-day support for children and adults who need urgent help with their emotional and mental wellbeing. Trained staff will help you if you are experiencing distress such as: severe anxiety panic attacks suicidal thoughts intense depression feeling disconnected from reality (dissociation). Every Day, 4-10pm. Young people (under 18), Adults, Older people (65+). Appointments are available between 5pm-10pm every day at our Keighley Hub.
