We provide safe, high quality support with an emphasis on understanding the factors which contributed to a person’s crisis. Who is this service for: People aged 18 and over People experiencing a mental health crisis who are under the care of Lincolnshire Partnership Foundation Trust crisis teams. Get support: Individuals are referred by the Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust Crisis Resolution and Home Treatment only.
