Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM) is leading a movement against suicide through vital, life-saving support, impactful campaigns and collective action. Our Helpline and Webchat are open 5pm – midnight 365 days a year, and we can talk to you about whatever is getting you down. These are free, anonymous and confidential services.

Calls & Chats are taken by trained staff who are there to listen, support, inform and signpost.
