This service combines mental health teams from across Oxleas to provide a local care service. These teams include:
Bromley Mental Health Hub (BMHH) - BMHH is the single point of contact for all mental health referrals and a direct link between primary and secondary care services. As part of the Community Transformation Plan, This team is integrated with BLG Mind.
The Anxiety, Depression, Affective, Personality Disorders & Trauma (ADAPT) Team - The ADAPT Pathway provides focused, therapeutic interventions to adults who require care and treatment for anxiety, depression, affective disorders, personality disorders and trauma.
The Intensive Case Management for Psychosis (ICMP) Team - ICMP provides care and treatment for service users with a diagnosis of schizophrenia or bipolar disorder.
