Mens Den is a men's peer support group set up in May 2018. We offer a safe place that is non-judgemental and open to men of all ages, regardless of race, disability etc.
We meet at Colne Open Door, Wednesday evening between 6pm and 7:30pm.
The format for our meeting is simple:
Check-in - Gives each chap a few minutes to talk about their week; the good, the bad and what is on their mind
Chat - Opportunity to grab a coffee, play pool or chat about things of interest with others
Check-out - Opportunity to sum up how they are feeling and what they plan to do in the week coming.
