About this service

First Steps ED are an Eating Disorder Charity in the UK that work with the NHS to provide support to people and their loved ones, affected by an eating disorder. Helping all ages to understand eating disorders. We provide group workshops, one to one therapeutic based support, nutritional support, parent carer support, psychotherapy and counselling. There is no threshold for support other than being aged 5 and above and anyone can refer - professionals, self, parents and carers.
