About this service

Breathe: Mental Health Group Saddleworth is a welcoming community space that meets once a month in Greenfield, hosted at Phantasmagoria’s headquarters. Our group brings people together in a safe, supportive, and non-judgemental environment where everyone is free to be themselves.

Each session runs from 7.30pm to 9.00pm and centres around gentle creative and mindful activities, shared conversation, and connection. Whether it’s chatting over a brew or taking part in a calming activity, these evenings offer time to slow down, breathe, and feel understood by others who may be on a similar journey.

Breathe is open to anyone in the community who would like to connect, share, or simply listen. A small donation is requested to help cover room hire and equipment costs. Meeting dates are shared on our Facebook group page.

For many who attend, spending time together in this relaxed, caring space has made a real and positive difference — reminding us that none of us have to face things alone.
