I’m Ellie, a psychotherapeutic pluralistic counsellor, mental health nurse, therapeutic coach. Offering video sessions nationwide or in person in Braintree, Essex.
With passion to help people understand themselves, heal old wounds, improve wellbeing, my approach is warm, down‑to‑earth and human. I don’t believe in one‑size‑fits‑all therapy — instead, I work collaboratively with you, drawing from a range of approaches including counselling, CBT, psychodynamic work, inner‑child exploration. Together, we find what genuinely supports you.
I’m especially drawn to working with people who are carrying the weight of their childhood, low self‑esteem, depression, trauma, grief, or long‑standing patterns that need to shift. I enjoy supporting others to understand their nervous system, make sense of their past, or navigate the complexities of personality‑related difficulties.
Instead of surviving, maybe it's time to thrive instead.
